Closed Extinguishing Technology in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

Based on the fire prevention and control in fully mechanized caving face of the second coal seam in Haishiwan Coal Mine, it analyzed the reasons of the fire, proposed the fire area closed extinguishing technology, and introduced comprehensive fire prevention methods in details. The application of these technologies avoided the spreading of the fire effectively, which were beneficial to the safe and high efficiency mining of coal seams in coal mine.
